Meet Isabel: 

Isabel is a 26 year old teacher living in Denver, Colorado with her dog, Millie, and her fiancé. She grew up playing competitive soccer and once she stopped playing in college, Isabel struggled to find a fitness routine that she enjoyed and could be consistent with. This started an eight year journey with many nutrition and fitness phases and ups and downs. She started tracking macros in September of 2022 after years of feeling lost with her diet and knowing that everything she was doing wasn't helping her towards her ultimate goal of feeling toned and strong. The past year has been transformative in terms of her mindset, lifestyle, habits, and so much more beyond just the food.
